Teddy Roosevelt Ruff Rider (aka Teddy) has lived in the Village since he was eight weeks old, about 4 and 1/2 years ago. He thinks everyone, two-legged and four-legged alike, should be his best friend and he would like to be their best friend too. He loves walking around the neighborhood and to meet and greet everyone he encounters with a tail wag and infectious smile. For him, the absolute best thing in the world is being petted. He also really loves the winter snow, as you can see from his picture.
