Thrive Montgomery 2050 Letter

Please find here a letter submitted by the Village Council to County Councilmembers requesting delay of consideration of Thrive Montgomery 2050 in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Thrive Montgomery 2050 is an effort to develop a shared vision for the County and articulate the actions needed to reach that vision over the next 30+ years.
