As reported earlier today by the Washington Post, Federal Judge Richard Leon today issued a decision requiring that a supplemental environmental impact statement concerning the proposed Purple Line be prepared before the project can proceed.  More coverage of this decision and its impact should appear in tomorrow’s Washington Post.  A copy of the Judge’s decision can be found here:  Friends of Capital Cresent Trail v.
