This is a reminder that, for the month of May 2017, the Village Council will not be meeting on the third Tuesday of the month, but instead will be meeting on Tuesday, May 2, at 7:30 pm, immediately prior to the Village Annual Meeting, which will take place at 8:00 pm on May 2, at which Village residents will elect officials for the Village Council (2 positions) and the Fire Board (2 positions), and also vote on the 2017/18 Village tax rates.  Both meetings will be held at the North Chevy Chase Christian Church at the corner of Kensington Parkway and Kenilworth Driveway. Information about the candidates running for the various positions will be posted next week.

Also, in order to be considered at the May Council meeting, any building permit applications, will all supporting documentation,  must be submitted to the Village Manager by no later than Tuesday, April 25 (seven days before the scheduled Council meeting).
